Being aware of your conscious thoughts, and directing them into positive outcomes, cause all problems to dissolve.  There are only perfect patterns of existence and divine ideas. When we realize this, we begin to consciously apply spiritual laws and principles to our seeming problems and challenges.

"Ego"

Alpha Healing 

The ego is extraoridarily pathological in it's very nature.  We normal people tend to lie in order to appear to be more important, more interesting, and have more ability than we actually have etc..  The more we let ego run wild, the more we allow ourselves to fantasize an inflated self image in order to impress other people.  Sometimes our egos trap us into feeling victimized, and then at other times, we imagine ourselves as the "hero".  This week we should examine our own relationship with ego.  How is our ego serving us?  Isn't healthier and easier to let the ego go, and enjoy the moments that life if gifting us?
