Avoiding what is painful keeps you from exploring yourself. Real growth happens when you finally decide to deal with it. Sometimes what you are avoiding seems to radiate out and affect literally everything that you do, your relationships, your eating, your exercising or lack of it. Your whole, entire personality can be directly affected by your inability to access and work with whatever it is that has caused you pain. Let's start to reveal that source of pain together in a coaching session, and figure out how to deal with it, eliminate it from your life, and consequently move forward more comfortably, and with a freedom that you may have lost.
