Why do we continue to demand ransom from a world  (...i.e. all of our friends, families, and co-workers etc.)  that is powerless to give us what we are unwilling to give ourselves???
We need to give ourselves the love, respect, and appreciation first, before we can demand that from anyone else.  Instead of being "let-down" by the outer world, understand that we are in fact letting ourselves down when we can't do these simple things for ourselves.  Begin to see how much you respect, appreciate, and love yourself, and the rest of the collective consciousness will chime in.

Our journey throughout our lifetime is all about growing and evolving Spiritually.  We came here, at birth, in order to experience a variety of challenges and situations in order to grow and evolve on the earth plane.   You are not your body, you are not your brain, not even your mind ...you are spirit.  You are a unique soul that has taken a body and incarnated to the earth plane for one reason and only one. Soul Growth.
In order to grow and learn, it is important to peel away those layers of conditioning that are forced upon us by society.  We need to remove all of the self-doubt, and self-imposed rules of control.  We need to open to our "inner guidance system".  Using your intuition every day is essential to being able to navigate through our lives.  Use your internal "GPS" and you will "KNOW" what you really want, know what you really love, and know what you came here to do in the first place.

It seems that we just keep attaching "meaning" to the meaningless....things that we buy with money.  It's not that things and money are bad, it's just that they don't have any meaning.  The only thing that means anything lies in us.  ...not "things".  The only thing that really matters is love.  The only thing that we take with us when we leave here and pass into spirit is love.  Love is what we were born with, fear is what we have learned while we were here.

Fear is what we learn/ Love is what we are born with

We seem to sabotage everything.  We abort our careers, relationships and even our children.  We drink, We do drugs, We control, We obsess, We co depend, We overeat, we hide, we attack....We find all different ways to express how much we hate ourselves.
We are turning our fears into our own personal hell.
This is the week for you to let go, and remember that it's all about LOVE...self-love.  When you can begin to approach that, you will start to love everything else in your life with amazingly, beautiful outcomes!!!

3. Be stronger and balanced

4. Speak and think positively
