Listen to the "ego's gossip".  You know,  that running, subconscious dialogue that you have with yourself.  It's so subtle that we rarely get a glimpse of it, but when we do, we may be surprised to hear how nasty we tend to be with ourselves.  Do you hear yourself telling yourself to hurry, that you are lazy, that you are not beautiful, or sharp enough etc...?  It is time to re-train your consciousness, and all of the subtle layers of subconsciousness to hear the things that you deserve to hear.
You do make a difference, you are creative, successful,intelligent, and special.  You are everything that you need to be and so much more.  Train yourself to "CANCEL" the negative, constantly running, subconscious dialogue.  Let's go to work on asking for what we need, and expecting it to arrive right on time.

"Ego"

Alpha Healing 

The ego is extraoridarily pathological in it's very nature.  We normal people tend to lie in order to appear to be more important, more interesting, and have more ability than we actually have etc..  The more we let ego run wild, the more we allow ourselves to fantasize an inflated self image in order to impress other people.  Sometimes our egos trap us into feeling victimized, and then at other times, we imagine ourselves as the "hero".  This week we should examine our own relationship with ego.  How is our ego serving us?  Isn't healthier and easier to let the ego go, and enjoy the moments that life if gifting us?

Your Ego Mind

"The ego-mind looks at our personalities, physical appearance, homes, mates, and careers as indicators that we've made it. The ego's motivator, it's cheerleader, is exaggerated self-criticism interspersed with waving pom-poms of 'you did it! you hot thing you!' When we are anchored in a consciousness of our true nature, we live unaffected by self importance, false humility, false superiority, or false inferiority. We govern our lives with wisdom, compassion, dignity, equanimity, joy-the spirit-qualities inherent to us."
