Reset


Whatever your brain chatter says about you, is how you are defined.  When you say the words "I am" how do you finish your sentence?  Since you actually are your thoughts, you may want to push that reset button, and think in the best possible way.  When you begin to limit yourself by telling yourself what "you are not" you will become just that.  When you start to proclaim to yourself and  to the world that you are amazing, you will become just that.  Re-create yourself,  adjust the mind chatter and turn your thoughts into positive proclamations  about yourself, your life, and what you need to do while you are here.
