Change.....Transformation

One of the essential requirements of real, spiritual growth is pain.  You can't have transformation without it.  The old metaphor of the Caterpillar becoming wrapped in the cocoon, and finally the birth of the butterfly requires painful transformation.  How about the Phoenix that rises from the ashes?  It's all about the growth that happens after you feel as though there is nothing more that you can possibly take.  The beaker gets full, and the overflowing means that it's really finished.
The result of this is pain.  Pain becomes the opportunity.  Opportunity for change, or transformation is all a part of why we came here to begin with.  Here in the "Earth School" we just never stop growing.

"Problems"

Outer solution consciousness is all about thinking that you have a problem out there.  Inner solution consciousness is knowing that you have a problem that is within yourself.  It is impossible to rearrange things out there in order to sole your problems.  Instead, you need to let go of the problem that you might have with reality.  Just start watching.  Just become aware.  Try to abstract yourself from the melodrama and watch yourself.  You can watch yourself be angry, jealous, or annoyed, but you don't have to let yourself "feel" it in the way that it could ruin your day.  Let things go after you realize that you are reacting.
Real spiritual growth is all about getting through this problem, with the understanding that it's all within you, and not somehow "out there".
