Reveal your Soul's Purpose 

Your brain automatically sends messages to you over and over again.  Finally your brain is conditioned so that the old pathways are reinforced.  Unless you insinuate a new thought, you are being held hostage to old worn out ways of thinking.  It is important today, for you to create a new thought.  Love yourself for exactly what you are.  Respect yourself, and appreciate everything about yourself.  Replace old bad self images with new self -love ones.
instead of letting your impulses have the upper hand, think new empowering thoughts.  You really can do whatever it is that you set out to do.  Today is your day to begin.
