I always talk about the process of the worm becoming the Butterfly after dying, and transforming in the Cocoon. Interesting how we recreate ourselves after a life-shattering experience. Every single time that we change, we die, and become reborn. Not only do we change ourselves, but we change the world around us. It is from the darkness and the pain of a loss, or a tragic mistake, that we rise up, fully changed, into a stronger and more developed soul. Soul growth can be brutal, but that is all part of why we are here to begin with.
