When your conversation involves constant complaining and gossip, the kind of information that you will begin to circulate will come back to you on that low frequency channel.  When your conversation involves constructive advise, encouragement and enlightened ideas, that will circulate back to you in a beautiful and upbeat way.  A dear friend sent me a book that I highly recommend you pick up for your summer reading.  Pam Grout's   E-SQUARED  which will amaze and delight you.  Please pass it on to a dear friend.  Since we are all interconnected, our conversation will start to change after this book.  Happy July 4th!
