You have a unique, individual, soul program that is different from everyone else's.  Your personality masks your soul while you are here on the earth plane, and functions to allow the lessons that you came here to learn  to be made available to you.  The earth's program is so difficult....we learn so very much here.  When you are born, so is your personality born.  Your soul's choices are set by the personality that you chose for this lifetime, and all of the lessons that you will have in order to attain the growth that you came here for to begin with.  This explains that even though you have many different siblings, you all can be so very different.  There are no mistakes here.  We learn from our families and our friends ....keep in mind that we have probably had other kinds of experiences and relationships with each other before.
As we are coming into the Holidays, and beginning the New Year, practice compassion and soulful understanding of everyone around you.  This is all part of the larger plan.
