Weekly Message May 6

It is almost like we are going through this whole, entire life time sleepwalking.  All kinds of things are "happening to us" and it's as if we have no control over most of the twists and turns that we face every day.  Could it be that we are not directing our lives with our conscious thoughts?  Could it be that we aren't taking the time to care for, nourish, and love ourselves?  Are we always making the "enlightened" decisions that directly affect our relationships and our careers?  It's mysterious isn't it?  Is it that difficult to make the right choices for ourselves?  Sometimes we say that we don't have the time, the money or the resources, but truthfully,we just self- sabotage.  Those things that we are neglecting, are what we need to focus on internally with all of our power.  Maybe  this week we could just take 5 minutes and identify what needs to be healed.  Maybe we can "wake up" for a few minutes and start to access our consciousness.
Let's talk to ourselves and make a blueprint for our week to come.  Being prepared is half the battle.
